Risk Warnings

Risk of extreme market volatility
Participants must be aware that cryptocurrencies and tokens are extremely volatile and involve significant and unpredictable financial risk. This can be affected by events, rhetoric, understanding (or misunderstanding) for any or no reason and Participants must ensure that they are fully aware of, accept and are able to deal with these risks, the volatility and the potential loss that may arise as a direct or indirect result.

Capital at risk
The value of Products and the income you may receive from them may go down as well as up and are not guaranteed. Purchasers may not receive any income or money from products purchased. Past, present and future performance is not guaranteed and is not a reliable indicator of current or future results and should not be the sole consideration when selecting a product or strategy.

Past performance risk
Past performance is not indicative of current or future returns and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future performance. There are inherent risks in the purchase of cryptocurrencies and digital assets, and performance is never guaranteed.

Blockchain Risk
Congestion in the blockchain system may cause transactions to be processed late or invalidated. The Cryptaine team cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by bugs, defects or related issues in the underlying blockchain structure in relation to our products and services.

Transaction Privacy Leakage
Your personal information is required to distribute and control Cryptaine Tokens in participants’ electronic wallets. Cryptaine Tokens stored in the wallets may be altered or lost due to internal or external factors, such as malicious code attacks, software bugs, blockchain network errors, as a result of a request from a regulatory authority (only where required by law will we provide such information, and in all cases we will only ever provide the minimum amount of information required by law).

Security System Vulnerabilities
The participant is responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect his/her wallet and Cryptaine tokens from malicious attacks. The Cryptaine Team encourages each Buyer to educate themselves about potential security risks associated with the use of blockchain products and services. Cryptaine and the Cryptaine team are not responsible for any security breaches or vulnerabilities in the use, transfer or otherwise in relation to Cryptaine and/or the Cryptaine Token.

E-wallet compatibility risk
Participants must use an electronic wallet that is technically compatible with the Cryptaine Token to purchase or store the Cryptaine Tokens, Products and Services. If a Participant uses a different wallet, the Participant may not be able to access the Cryptaine Token and/or the Cryptaine Token may be lost. Cryptaine and the Cryptaine Team are not responsible for and will not reimburse any loss of Cryptaine Tokens due to such incompatibility or any loss resulting from such incompatibility.

No professional advice
Cryptaine does not provide any form of recommendation, advice or guidance on the purchase of Tokens, Cryptaine Tokens, products or services, including (but not limited to) which farms, staking protocols, investments, returns or any other form of professional advice (including accounting, tax, legal, strategic, investment or management advice).
